During her degree course at Sheffield Hallam University, Laura enjoyed a year-long placement in the HR department at Rolls Royce.
This cemented her desire to continue working in the field and after graduation joined Eon and then Northern Foods, before starting as an HR Adviser with Bowmer + Kirkland.
She was promoted to Group Head of HR in March 2014.
Laura is a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development. She is currently kept very busy with her very young family.
