Joined the business in 1997 as a Trainee Engineer and progressed through the operational roles of Site Manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager. Christian was appointed an Associate Director of the North Midlands and Yorkshire Region in 2015.
His early career focused on retail schemes which gave him a good skillset in the delivery of projects and co-ordinating a team / supply chain to hit completion dates that had to be achieved regardless.
Built respect from one of our major retail clients and supported them as part of a small team to lead innovation and improvements as part of their standards. He has always been client focused throughout his career ensuring an open and honest approach throughout.
Christian has a passion for developing apprentices and staff as well as driving standards and processes on quality and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and changes.
