We are delighted to continue our relationship with Ashall Projects Ltd as we start work on the third phase of Centre Square, Middlesbrough. The scheme will offer five Grade A office buildings in the heart of a city which is already undergoing huge transformation.
AXA UK will transfer its 450 Teesside staff to this third building when it is ready next year. The 40,000 sq ft of Grade A office space is set over four floors and the entire Centre Square development will bring hundreds more jobs to Middlesbrough.
