Three New Bailey, which was built for the same client, is named in the Digital Construction, Innovation and Manchester Sub-Regional Project of the Year.

The entire New Bailey scheme in Salford, on which we have been involved with five buildings, has been nominated for the Placemaking Project of the Year.

The UCLan Student Centre and University Squares project is nominated for the Lancashire Sub-Regional Project of the Year Award.

The awards aim to demonstrate that excellence is endemic in the region and showcase leadership in practice, value and building for the future.

Congratulations to our North West region and best of luck for the awards ceremony on November 19
