The Crown Estate (TCE) has appointed us for the development of Fosse Park in Leicestershire – we built the original shopping destination in 1989.
The development scheme will see TCE investing £155m into the shopping park and work will begin on April 1. It will include providing nine new retail units and associated car parking on Fosse Park West and a redeveloped food court creating 16 new food units and four retail units. There will also be a new pedestrian link between the existing scheme and the Fosse Park West extension. The park currently attracts more than 11 million shoppers a year.

The investment also includes modernising existing store facades and improvements to the car park and public realm.
