Annual development reviews provide an open forum to discuss progress and career aspirations and progression is assured in a number of ways. For example:

Employees who successfully complete training courses or academic qualifications are invited to our annual B+K Academy presentation where they are personally thanked by our Chairman and Directors in front of their family and friends.
Our initial achievement (in 2001) and continued accreditation of the Investors in People Award, plus our ongoing support of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, proves our commitment to our workforce of more than 1,400 employees.
