A purpose built 11,000 sq ft primary care centre in Riddings, providing modern facilities and amalgamating two GP practices on one site.

The centre accommodates 11 GPs and five nurses,  serving a patient population of almost 12,000. The building design followed lengthy discussions with all stakeholders and the local community to incorporate the latest technology  to efficiently maintain a comfortable therapeutic environment for patient care.

An enhanced treatment suite for minor surgical procedures and an on-site pharmacy, means that the centre is a ‘one stop shop’ for many patients – negating the need for time-consuming journeys to hospital.

There is ample car parking allowing ease of access to reception. The building achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.
