Phillip joined Bowmer + Kirkland in 1984 as a Trainee QS and progressed through the company in various roles before becoming responsible for many of our Retail schemes and key clients within that sector.
During the last few years he has moved into a group role heading the Business Development Department. In this role he is able to use his extensive relationships built up over many years with a number of our clients – existing, new and prospective, to generate opportunities in all sectors for the business as a whole.
He also provides a link between us and external national organisations such as Business In The Community, The Careers Academy, The Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of work he enjoys getting out into the hills on his mountain bike, walking and following the renaissance of Derby County Football Club.
