Maintained trade and servicing to the existing units in the centre throughout the duration of the works with minimal disruption.
Reduced scheme costs by in excess of £3m to allow scheme to progress by value engineering the structural solutions.
-External envelope costs reduced significantly by working with local planners and our architectural team
-Maintained existing substation in basement throughout demolition and construction works
-Opened the new Asda section of the works 16 weeks earlier than originally planned by negotiation with the developer
