Our retail teams have an extensive track record working across the whole of the UK, with the majority of the UK’s leading food retailers, including Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose in the food retail sector and for Primark, Marks & Spencer and B&Q across the non-food and DIY market sectors.

 

Our key personnel have developed skills and techniques covering the whole portfolio of building new stores, extending and updating existing stores whilst they remain in full use by staff and customers and the conversion of existing buildings into new retail space.

 

Specific skills include the management and reduction of disruption to normal life of a store, elements of sustainable development in relation to carbon measurement and reduction in stores with the use of new techniques and alternative energy sources.
