Bowmer & Kirkland were appointed by City Living Healthcare Ltd. to construct a single storey Healthcare Day Surgery Centre in Milton Keynes.

This is a 1650m2, traditional brick build with first floor plantroom, 2no. outbuildings, car park and other associated works.

This state-of-the-art Treatment Centre, operated by CAPIO includes two operating theatres, an endoscopy suite, associated consulting rooms and recovery bays, a TSSU (Theatre Sterile Supplies Unit), as well as X-ray and Ultrasound departments.

The facility carries out day case procedures commissioned by the local PCTs.
