The construction of a 3 storey office buidling including Cat B tenant fit out works. Piled foundations suporting insitu concrete foundations and ground floor slab, structural steel frame, precast concrete upper floors and stairs, standing seam roof construction, external envelope cladding comprising of combination of blockwork and facing brick cavity wall construction. double glazed windows and curtain walling and zinc clad feature walls to staircase enclosures.
External works include block paved circulatio roads and parking for 105 vehicles, brick built sub station, waste collection and cycle shelter buildings and extensive soft landscaping. The project is constructed to an excellent rating under BREEAM 2006 for offices.
