The project involved the demolition of the former Chunghwa Picture Tubes factory at Eurocentral and the design and construction of 10 individual high quality office buildings ranging in size from 70,000 to 230,000 sqft.
All the buildings are situated in a parkland landscape setting incorporating 5 water features with fountains, waterfalls and cascades, events spaces, running track and 9 hole putting green designed by Scottish tour professional golfer Alastair Forsyth.
There is also 20,000 sqft of retail accommodation incorporated within the scheme.
Nine of the ten buildings have achieved BREEAM Very Good with the largest acquiring the status of BREEAM Excellent. All the buildings have an EPC rating of B."
