Demolition of existing 3 storey accommodation building together with offshoots of main arc building, exisiting offices and gym to the rear of the site. New build of 3 storey castle accommodation building to replace exisiting and refurbish listed arc building to the front. We are currently working towards BREEAM ‘Excellent’ also value engineering the project and considering any tight budgeting restraints. All timber products within the scheme are being sourced from sustainable sources and are FSC/PEFC certified.
