"We have today received a Statement of Objections from the Office of Fair Trading, which relates to an investigation mainly targeting the Construction Industry in the East Midlands, and which runs to some 1,755 pages.
We are aware of a small number of references to our Group in this Statement that refer to a period over 5 years ago.
Clearly, it will take some time to fully analyse the report, and we will issue a further statement in due course."
