Ralph is a Main Board Director and has specific responsibility for commercial and residential property development and investment through subsidiary companies Peveril Securities, Peveril Homes and live environment and fit-out construction company, Key Property Solutions, together with the Group Business Development and Marketing function.
He also takes responsibility for property joint ventures which are becoming an increasingly important part of our business.
• Peveril Securities specialises in all forms of property development nationwide in all sectors.
• Peveril Homes is a Midlands-based housing company providing a full range of homes from city cente apartments to executive five-bedroom residences.
• Joint ventures to date have been mainly commercial developments where Bowmer & Kirkland resources, expertise and convenant is mixed with various partners ranging from corporates such as Boots Plc to individual developers.
Ralph joined the company in 1978 as a Quantity Surveyor. He enjoys golf, good wine and supporting Derby County with his family.
