Non-Executive Directors

• The Bowmer & Kirkland Group is looking to the future with the appointment in 2009, of two new Non-Executive Directors to the Board.

• Jack Kirkland and Michael Kirkland are the fourth generation of the family to become Directors of the company.

• Speaking after the after the appointments, Chairman, John Kirkland said: “I am delighted to be able to make these appointments, demonstrating as they do, continued family commitment to our Group of Companies and I know these two young men will bring energy, determination and enquiring minds to our Board.”
