At Bowmer and Kirkland we recognise that all our employees must have the opportunity for ongoing development throughout their career with us and that our investment in training is vital to ensure our success.

We are committed to providing our employees with support, guidance and time to train in order that they have the necessary skills to excel in their role, as well as preparing them for the next step up their chosen career path.

B&K is also committed to annual development reviews, which take place between all employees and their line managers. The aim of these reviews is to provide an open forum to discuss progress and career aspirations.

Training and development is provided through both on-the-job training with colleagues and managers and off-the-job training through attendance of some of our many training courses.
