We provide comprehensive technical and on-the-job training, building on your skills in Health and Safety, First Aid, teamwork, planning, managing others and managing time.
An annual personal development review will be drawn up together with your line manager, who will assess your progress and performance and agree future career objectives.
As a school leaver we will support you on a part-time course in a construction or surveying subject at HNC or degree level. You will attend a day-release programme one day per week, while still benefiting from practical work experience.
